Bell Built | Doe Mountain Flow Track

Our friends over at the Doe Mountain Recreation Area recently asked us to come out and shoot some aerial video to showcase their plans to build a Flow track at Doe Mountain. We were happy to lend a helping hand and spent an afternoon touring the huge tract of land near Mountain City, Tennessee that will be home to some great mountain biking in the near future. Already there are miles of old logging roads and improved gravel roads leading through a lush, beautiful hardwood forest. But if all goes as planned, the Tri-Cities Sorba chapter will be building a flow track unlike anything around. That’s where you come in. They need your help to win the grant that will help make this project a reality. So head over to the Bell Built page (click link here) and cast your vote to help bring a world-class flow track to Mountain City, Tennessee.

The Doe Mountain Recreation Area is planning a mountain biking mecca on hundreds of acres of dedicated space. The plan for mountain biking includes several miles of beginner trail and will serve as an entrance to the main mountain biking complex. The first beginner trail is under construction. The second part features construction of a flow trail on “Flow Mountain.” This trail will be the centerpiece of the project, one that immediately gives the visitors to the DMRA a reason to come back!
